Hi there! We're Ant and Ros, and we're so glad you’re here. Casa Perez is all about enjoying your campervan or motorhome stay with a relaxed, friendly vibe. To keep things safe and fun for everyone, we just ask you to follow a few simple guidelines:
Respect Quiet Hours
We love a good chat and some evening music, but please keep things calm between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Our fellow guests (and our chickens!) will thank you!
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need a little flexibility, just give us a shout and we’ll see what we can do.
Keep Your Pitch Tidy
We like to keep Casa Perez looking nice for everyone. Please take care of your area, pop rubbish in the bins, and recycle if you can.
Swimming Pool & Hot Tub
We love our pool and hot tub as much as you will! Just one thing — please have a shower before you jump in so everyone can enjoy clean, sparkling water.
Animals on Site
We have our own dogs and free-range chickens wandering around. Please keep your pets on a lead and supervise them, so everyone stays happy (and feathered friends stay safe!).
Be Considerate
Part of the Casa Perez vibe is respecting each other’s space. Keep noise down, be friendly, and enjoy the freedom of your stay without worrying about disturbing anyone else.

Drive slowly around the site, follow the paths, and keep an eye on kids — especially near water or animals.
